Hello,
I am doing this search for my best friend Shelia who gave her baby boy up for adoption in 1974. The dob for her son is 11/05/1974 in KC, MO. The adoption was thru Catholic Charties. Shelia requested that her son be named Raymond Joseph (first and middle name) I am not sure this name was kept by the adopted parents. The state of residents for the adopted parents is also unknown.
