This is important, if someone does a search there are several years in archives and it will be searching for that date!
Remember if you are using the search feature to try the dates in several ways, example 8/5/71 8/05/1971 August 5 1971 ect because you do not have a clue how they did it.

I am looking for my birth-parents. Baby girl, born May 6 1970 in Akron Ohio I was 6LBS 7Oz. 18" long The agency that I was @ is Family and Children Service 90 Prospect Street Akron, Ohio 44304 The only info I have is my mother was unwed and very young and was working at a local restaurant. I have medical issues and need background on medicals, if my birth mother does not wish to be contacted, that's fine, but please send me medical background. Thank you. The Judge that did the adoption was Nathan Koplin, he signed my adoption certificate on the 21st of April 1971 @ Court of Common Pleas Probate Division in Summit County, State of Ohio. I was adopted by an Amish family. The certificate # is A-26412 Docket# 20 Page 45 I do not have any non-ID info on my birthparents. Thank you Sally Epps
