This is important, if someone does a search there are several years in archives and it will be searching for that date!
Remember if you are using the search feature to try the dates in several ways, example 8/5/71 8/05/1971 August 5 1971 ect because you do not have a clue how they did it.

I am searching for my Birth Mother, Kathleen Beam. This is the name listed on the account statement that my parents recieved when I was adopted. I was born June 21st, 1971 at Grant Hospital in Chicago, IL. I have had a wonderful life because of her and would love to say Thank You for her unselfishness. I would also like to get some medical history and lineage as I now have three children. I was adopted June 28th, 1971.
