I am searching for my cousin, William Jason Lee who was born 04/08/1976 at Carteret Gen. Hosp. in Morehead City, NC; Carteret County to Marta Lynn Lee (maiden name; Camp.
He was relinquished to Carteret County DSS in Beaufort, NC in April or May of 1981 at the age of 5. Because of his age at the time of adoption, it is doubtful that his first name was changed.
