This is important, if someone does a search there are several years in archives and it will be searching for that date!
Remember if you are using the search feature to try the dates in several ways, example 8/5/71 8/05/1971 August 5 1971 ect because you do not have a clue how they did it.

I am helping a Afghanistan Vet returning for another
tour next spring.Here is what I have~ In Reno, NV my
mother had an affair with a black man named Austin. My
conception was Feb-Mar 1971 (I was born 4 Dec 1971). He
worked for the IRS in Reno and was transferred soon
after my conception to the IRS office in San Francisco,
CA. He does not know that I exist.
I know that amount of info is pretty worthless, but how
many black men named Austin could have worked for the
IRS in SF in 2nd Qtr 1971? Access to the personnel
files from that period would identify him, but I have
know idea how to get access to something like that.
I certainly understand if this isn't enough info, but
if you have a way I would be so very grateful. I still
don't know what I will do with the info but I want the
option.
