Will WR's name appear in the credits???????????

I have seen 2 different initial credits of the series. "One Summer by WR" and another one with no allusion to Willy Russell. What will happen now? It's Mr Russell happy with the future release or he still breaks completely with the show?
Networkdvd sometimes includes as extras some interviews with creators (Thriller DVd for instance). Will Mr. Russell take part on it if Networkdvd asks him?
