Realized I didn't share how I grounded. Thanks for the responses.
Back in the late '80's when I learned about grounding...I really needed to ground, having been the type that left my body frequantly, and not really understanding why, also feeling like I wanted to just leave all the time,as I look back over my story, I see how many near death experiences I have had..... my spirit always sent me back, not my time.I do believe as a child though,I was very connected to mother earth!
So grounding in and connecting back to mother earth was very healing and nurturing for me..... I would send a stream of energy from my tail bone and through both of my feet,creating a tripod, there where occasions that I also directed energy from my lower 3 chakras as well, both front and back..... over the years this evolved,I always saw this as HUGE tree roots! as I really became more conscious of my light work and work as an earth steward.... I also opened up my crown and brought divne source through me anchoring it deep into the core of mother earth and bringing her energy up as well and then radiated this combined energy out and around me where ever I went,( I believe it was suuch a beautiful gift to channel this energy, but..please realize I faught this request for quite a while!!!! It was such a huge responsiblity,I finally aggreed trusting I would be protected and supported!) part of my work was to do this in the PNW region...... I did this with love and joy, until last year when I could no longer stand to be in the denser energies, I realize I had been pulling away from my job with the landscaping for the last 2 years. this is the how I taught grounding sending to the core and allowing mother to send back to us, as well as opening to divine source. I didn't ever teach all the details of how I did my work, it was not for me to do this, and how this all came to me was a gift from source. I felt I was to stay in this VERY rural area and so I have been here since '84 raised my 3 kids divorced, life style changes etc. trusting and knowing/gnowing I was here doing my work and students would arrive.
So recently after many bizzare ascension/mutation symptoms I asked myself why I choose to experience things the way I did..... my answer was to be more prepared to teach. But I was also nudged to a book store and discovered a book....."what is lightbody" AA Ariel throughTashira Tachi-ren came home and devoured it and wondered why I was only just now finding it..... answer, to be better equiped to teach..... the book I did have back in the '80's was "living in the light" Shakti Gawain.
At any rate, the reason I posted the question was because in the book it talks about grounding^^^^^^^ UP^^^^^^^, or rather multidimensionally.(qouteing from book)

Personally I felt this was an answer to releave some of my bizzare mutation symptoms.... but also recognize it is now time to re adjust focus as well, wanted to share this, and trust as always we each use discerment for our higest good.
