Sometimes I drift away, so distracted.
Why do I forget my first love? (See Revelation 2:4)
Your word says that you never leave me or forsake me.( See Deuteronomy 31:6)
You have said "I am with you always to the very end of the age.(See Matthew 28:30)
So why do I turn my back on you?
Thank you Lord that you have not turned your back on me.
I confess that I did drift away.
Now Lord I repent of that decision.
Now Lord I turn back to you,
Very Grateful that all along,
You have whispered in my ear, "I am still here."
