you can post your poem just as you posted your question. Usually, if the poem is already typed into another document, you can highlight the selection or the poem-- you select by dragging the mouse over the selection while holding the right click button down, and then simply cut and paste. This can usually done by pressing the control button and the letter C on your computer. (Ctrl + C for short). Then place your curser (the blinking line/arrow) in the message window, and paste (ctrl + V). Then click the button at the bottom of the page, either "Post Message" to post, or "Preview Message" to see what it will look like on the page, followed by "Post Message". Congratulations! You will have posted your poem.
