The truth that "all is contained in the present, eternal moment" is often viewed object-ively, that is, from the predisposition that the "perceived present" is the eternal present. There are no objects, beliefs, predispositions, or time in the authentic present. There is no present, Now, or instant in time.
Although people perceive that because "all is contained in the present, eternal moment" that "all objects, beliefs, predispositions, and time are part of the Eternal Moment, it is important to understand that they are not. Wholeness is beyond the sum opposites, which is the sum of objects, and those beliefs that arise from objects.
Spirit is not immortal, but "exists" through the underlying effect of the perception of duality. Spirit is an impersonal essence that reflects to us our crystalizations, so that we may dissolve the barriers we have built that obscure the love that we are from ourself.
The Soul, in its emancipated non-condition, is the deathless, immortal, wisdom that we are. Spirit arises from Wholeness, yet is cancelled when all objects, beliefs, predispositions, and time is summed together. In other words, Spirit begins when duality descends, thus effecting its motion from the fulcrum of the Present. The Present is ONLY realized through the fulcrum,...that is, beyond time.
The perceived now is the past. Perception is always part of time. There is NEVER a present in time,...it is impossible. Unfortunately, man still delude themselves that their perceived now is actually the authentic Now.
Most people live in a world that surrounded them, not a world that surrounds them.
PS...Nice intention for a community forum, "a space for sharing that which points to the Inexpressible." I could easily belong to such a community.
