Yes, I remember when Moo Cow died. Hard to believe a cow can be a pet but we have several of them. Old Swiss Love has to be around 20, and she'll die on the farm. She was my niece's 4-H cow many years ago. Darnelle (who has mark on her face a lot like Moo Cow!) was an orphan at 3 weeks old. It took 2 of us to catch her and bring her in the barn, jumping and fighting all the way, but once she figured out that we represented food, she became a real sweetie. And of course, her first calf, Emily, is just plain spoiled rotten! Cows may not be everyone's first choice in a pet, but they sure can have neat personalities. One of these days, I will have to send you pictures of some of my pets!
