I found it very relaxing and soothing as I took it to bed with me to meditate. I felt the Jesus energy very subtly yet strongly around me and it felt very motherly, weird when you think Jesus was a man but it was a nurturing Jesus. The crystal feels like it has wings on her and I can hop on and go along for a while. I was also very aware of the Sun energy. I was very aware that I am too masculine in my character than I should be and hence shown nurturing motherly jesus energy.
I just bathed in it and bathed in it, she seems to take on my negative energy very quickly and I feel I have to send a lot of bright light after our sessions.
