identification and estimated value

I have Black Ford Model A with the markings of "19 Model A Ford 82 -- Around The World Tour" on the side door. It is also signed on the bottom and "1987 Convention" is hand written on it. Can someone tell me more about this and what it is worth ?

I also have a 1956 mint green t-bird. Any idea of its value ?
